At Blueprint our professional indemnity insurance provides us with £2m cover on all of our projects. This has allowed us to extend our vast portfolio to heritage properties (listed/conservation), local government funded, education sectors, hotel and leisure projects.
We provide a complete architectural service bringing you right up to be ready to build on site. From the measured site survey, carried out by our team to the Planning and Building Regulation drawings, we'll guide you throughout your whole project. In addition to the architectural drawings, as part of our complete service our team will also submit any local authority applications, monitor their performance and request any subsequent reports that may be necessary. Our expertise doesnt stop there, we also provide all necessary SAP/EPC calculations required for Building Regulations in house by our accredited technician.
