1. Ensure Planning and Building Regulations are in place. We can assist you with this if required.
2. Only approach builders for a price once you have a set of technical drawings. They outline exactly what your project requires in order for it to go ahead. This also gives the builder the best chance to be able to provide you with an accurate quotation.
3. Select a minimum of 3 builders to obtain a quotation from. Request that they visit the property to meet you and assess the site fully.
4. Ensure that you research your builder thoroughly. Whilst we work with the listed builders on a regular basis and they are recommended to us from our previous customers we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with them during your project.
