Like everybody, we are continually watching the developments and Government announcements surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and want to reassure you that we have contingency plans in place should we have to send individuals home for the purposes of self-isolation or temporarily closing the whole office. The vast majority of the work that we do can be done remotely via email and telephone.  Documents are stored electronically and we have a robust and stable remote access system which all staff access on a day to day basis in any event. We are confident that there will be no disruption to service levels as a result. We have taken the decision at this time to not carry out any face to face appointments at our offices. We will, however continue carrying out consultations and surveys as long as the families we are visiting are well and are happy for us to come out and see them. Hand washing, sanitising and safe distance will be adhered to at all times.

The health and safety of our employees, clients and contacts is paramount and we will do all we can as a business to ensure our actions minimise the impact of COVID-19 on them.  

During this time, we are grateful of our loyal client base. We can assure you that work will continue over this period as it would normally do to make sure you are in a good position as things become easier once this period of uncertainty passes over the coming weeks.
