meet the team

Kelly has a broad knowledge of all things architectural and works with her team of technicians to ensure that client expectations are exceeded through high quality plans, excellent technical detailing and good communication.

Under her architectural belt Kelly holds a Degree with Honours in Architecture, a Higher National Diploma in Spatial Design and GNVQ Intermediate in Art and Design. She believes a happy work force is a happy work place. As a co-director and founding member of Blueprint Kelly feels it's her job to keep everybody happy, from clients through to staff.

Out of the office Kelly is a cocktail connoisseur and when she is not running around after her three children she enjoys a good film (whilst drinking her cocktail!).

Craig produces 3D visualisations and is our in house SAP assessor. He specialises in larger bespoke projects and oversees our Disabled Facility Grants. Clients appreciate his creative approach to projects from conceptual design through to the finer eye for detailing and this is all complimented by his methodical approach and technical specifying.

He has been working in the architectural field since 2002, in a variety of roles from commercial to residential. As a co-director of Blueprint, he enjoys the challenge of trying to fulfil all of the elements of a client's brief and can often see an alternative approach to a layout.

Craig used to enjoy listening to music ... he also enjoyed gaming and owns three PlayStations, that have been gathering dust since his children were born!

Laura has over 18 years of administration experience mainly in the Architectural sector. Her attention to organisation and detail aid her to manage a spectrum of areas for the business. She works closely with the office administrator to provide Blueprint with the necessary admin support system.

A keen photographer, Laura has produced most of the images seen here on our website and often visits our projects to document their progress. Her interest in design and historic buildings give Laura the bridge from administration through to Architecture.

Out of the office Laura is kept busy by her two daughters, but still finds time to socialise and visit a 90's night or two!

Richard works predominantly as an AutoCAD technician with a particular flair for 3D visualisations. He is our in-house graphic designer and is proficient in most computerised design software. Richard has gained a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design and has been in the architectural field for over 10 years.

Richard is no stranger to a challenge and will always strive to achieve the best for his clients.

He is a faithful Liverpool supporter much to his colleague's disgust!

Anne predominantly works on stage two of our projects creating the technical working drawings. She has an extensive background of over ten years in creating commercial and residential working drawings.

When shes not in the office you'll find her up north in her second home with her wife, walking her two lovely dogs!

Stacey is our Business Support Administrator. She assists our office manager and directors. Stacey also oversees all of our planning applications and liaises with clients to ensure they are updated on their projects. Her cheerful voice is one of the first things you will hear when calling our design office. Nothing is too much for Stacey, she will always do her best to help our clients with their queries as well as support our technicians on a daily basis.

When Stacey's not supporting the design office you'll find her at a local craft fayre selling her lovely hand made jewellery!

Debs is our part time Administrator here at Blueprint. The majority of the time she is the first voice you will hear when you call our office. Always on hand to help, her cheery attitude shines through when she is receiving calls, managing our diary and booking in our consultations and survey appointments.

Deb now lives locally after moving up to the area with her family from London. Her two beagles keep her busy when she is not at the office, especially her puppy when it decides to jump the fence and make a run for it to the neighbours next door!
